Rocking Manipal

Yesterday had been to Manipal to take up the YES!+ follow-up. It was such an enriching experience for me. The smiles of the guys and girls sitting in front of me made my day. There was lots of gratitude and feeling of blessedness on becoming His instrument. As the minutes ticked after the long Sudarshan Kriya, we were realizing that we are so lucky to even attain this birth. We had discussions on organizing, balancing, question and answer session as well as games. In Art of Living the sense of connectedness and belongingness happens so effortlessly. There was Kulpreet to welcome me. Raghvendra and Uday Bhaiya had arranged the venue. Jagadish Anna was so happy to lend his home and hall. There was this enthusiastic gang there. They all were from various places of India. I am proud to be an Indian.

I love traveling nowadays. It takes about one and a half hours to Manipal from Mangalore. But then distance does not matter. It’s the journey through towns, villages, fields, looking at sea, and people passing-by. Wow! What a beautiful world outside as well as inside. It was this journey which gives time for introspection. This happened with contentment. Proud to have Something, Everything and Nothing at the same time.
